This was my first time purchasing and buying at the same time, and as I bought before I had even listed my place to sell I was a bit nervous. He was great, walked me through the whole process. He was amazing at selling my place, the first people through bought it! He helped with everything from organizing cleaners to stagers to lawyers. He is 100% professional and really thoughtful, as far as making selling easy, including scheduling viewing around a toddlers nap schedule :) When I was looking at apartments to purchase he was great at setting up viewing times around my work and even drove me to work after a viewing so I wouldn't have to cycle across town.
